Products & Condition

The majority of items sold by Richie’s Random Relics are vintage, antique, reclaimed, or pre-owned unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of antique and vintage items, signs of age, wear, imperfections, repairs, patina, fading, and manufacturing inconsistencies should be expected and are considered part of the character of the item.

Every effort is made to accurately describe and photograph all items. Customers are encouraged to review all photographs and descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Measurements and weights are approximate unless otherwise stated.

Ordering & Dispatch

Orders placed before 12pm Monday to Friday are usually dispatched the same working day. Orders placed after this time will normally be dispatched the following working day.

All items are sent using tracked delivery services, usually via Royal Mail or Parcelforce. Larger, heavier, or specialist items may require additional packing time or courier arrangements and may take approximately 2–3 working days to dispatch.

Some larger or more delicate items may also be personally delivered where appropriate, which will be noted in the item description.

International shipping is available on the majority of items using Royal Mail or Parcelforce where possible.

Great care is taken to package all items securely and appropriately for safe transit.

Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£).

Payment can be made securely using major credit and debit cards, along with any additional payment methods made available during checkout.

Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full.

Prices may occasionally be adjusted in line with market conditions, availability, or sourcing costs.

Returns

Customers may return items within 14 days of receipt.

If returning an item due to a change of mind, the buyer is responsible for both the original postage cost and return postage costs. Items must be returned in the same condition received and packaged appropriately for safe transit.

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

If an item is significantly different from the description or photographs provided, return postage costs will be covered by Richie’s Random Relics.

Returns received outside the stated return period may be refused or may be subject to a reduced refund at our discretion.

International returns are not accepted under any circumstances.

Damaged Items

  In the unlikely event that an item arrives damaged, customers must make contact as soon as possible and provide multiple photographs of:  

• the item
• the packaging
• and the shipping label

Customers may also be asked to retain or return the damaged item where required for courier or insurance purposes.

Where appropriate, a replacement, partial refund, or full refund may be offered depending on the circumstances.

If a returned item is damaged due to insufficient packaging or mishandling during return transit, a refund may be reduced or refused depending on the extent of the damage.

International Orders & Customs

Import duties, taxes, customs charges, and any additional fees are not included in the item price or shipping cost and remain the responsibility of the buyer.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are outside of our control.

All international parcels are declared at the full sale value and customs declarations will not be altered.

Buyers are encouraged to check with their country’s customs office prior to purchasing if unsure of any potential charges.

Ownership Of Goods

All goods remain the property of Richie’s Random Relics until payment has been received in full.

Website Use

 All photographs, descriptions, titles, and website content remain the intellectual property of Richie’s Random Relics and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without permission.  

Limitation Of Liability

Every effort is made to ensure all descriptions, photographs, pricing, and website information are accurate and up to date.

Richie’s Random Relics shall not be held responsible for any indirect or consequential losses relating to the use of this website or the purchase of goods.

Nothing within these terms affects a customer’s statutory rights under UK consumer law.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
